FIVB appoint Audrey Cooper to Coaching Commission

Fantastic News for British Volleyball…GB Womens Head Coach Audrey Cooper has been appointed as a member of the FIVB Coaching Commission. Audrey is the first ever English or British coach to be invited to sit on the Commission and this is recognition of her own development as a coach and her outstanding work with the GB Women’s Team.

Starting in January, Audrey will be working alongside 13 other distinguished members of the Commission from across the world. Amongst others; members include President and previously French National Team coach Phillippe Blaine; 2012 US Olympic Coach Hugh McCutcheon; and Giovanni Guidetti Head Coach of the German NT. The new commission members were confirmed following nominations by respective federations, which were received by the FIVB in time for the FIVB World Congress held Sept. 19-21 in Anaheim, Calif.
